2. General Terms and Conditions of Sale

2.1 Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of medical, dental, and ophthalmic products carried out on the MediDentalExpress website. Any purchase implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

2.2 Products and Compliance

All our products are CE certified and comply with Regulation (EU) 2017/745 on medical devices (MDR). Product sheets indicate the class of the medical device where applicable.

2.3 Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. MediDentalExpress reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Orders are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of validation.

2.4 Orders

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products. The sale is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation by email.

2.5 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European directive 2011/83/EU, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without justification. MediDentalExpress extends this period to 30 days for your convenience. Exception: opened medical consumables cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

2.6 Liability

MediDentalExpress cannot be held responsible for the inappropriate use of the medical products sold. Certain products are reserved for professional use and must be used by qualified individuals.

3. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

3.1 Data Controller

MediDentalExpress is responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679).

3.2 Data Collected

We only collect the data necessary for processing your orders: first name, last name, address, email, phone, and payment information (securely processed by Shopify Payments).
